We will start the day at the meeting point at the Greening The Desert Project.  In the shade of our cafe terrace we will present the history of the project and show you how our Permaculture farm has grown over the years.  Next we will begin the tour of the permaculture farm, guiding you through the food forest, visiting the different animals and demonstrating the various permaculture systems we have implemented in order to grow our food sustainably.

After the farm tour we will demonstrate how to make Jordanian bread which you can taste along with the seasonal vegetables on our BBQ. 

Then we’ll take time to relax for a while, play a few traditional games or take some photographs of the farm before making our way to the Dar Al Shouneh restaurant for a delicious Jordanian meal and sweet treat.
