Arabic Coffee Experience

Arabic Coffee or Qahwah arabiyya is one of the most popular coffees throughout the Middle East. Here in the Bedouin village of Juwafat al-Kafrayn, coffee is at the centre of many cultural activities.

In this class we will talk about the history of  Qahwah arabiyya and the role it plays in our culture.

We will show you how we roast, grind, spice and brew the coffee before sitting down together to enjoy the finished cup. After the class guests are more than welcome to stay and visit the farm, cafe or restaurant.
